Exactix Launch Details

Kentucky 811 Stakeholders,

Thank you for your interest in Exactix, our new state-of-the-art call center software launching soon! We have been hard at work on the implementation, configuration, and testing of Exactix since April 2020. We are looking forward to launching Exactix at the end of March!

You may be asking yourself: Where can I learn more? Kentucky 811 has compiled information about Exactix here: www.kentucky811.org/exactix. Please bookmark this page and visit often. We will be adding more and more content to this page as we get closer to the end of March. Today, the page contains FAQs, a timeline of rollout phases, and features of Exactix.

If you are a high-volume Web Ticket user, you will be contacted over the next few weeks. We will ask you to create your Exactix user ID (yes, you will need a new user ID) and help us learn what works and what needs to be addressed.

If you are not contacted over the next few weeks, don’t worry! Starting in early March, we will be contacting all current Irth users to create your Exactix user ID in advance of Exactix going live. Please pay attention to the email address you currently use to log in to Irth. This is the email address we will use to communicate with you about Exactix.
