Get a Sneak Peek of Exactix! Explore Kentucky 811’s New Ticketing Software

Exactix is launching on the night of March 31. If you haven’t done so yet, it’s time to get familiar with the new software before creating your first locate request using Exactix!

The login page allows users to enter the platform with their username and password or view a ticket and positive response information by searching the ticket number. This page will also allow users, who do not have a username and password, to create a self-registered account that will allow them to enter single-address tickets. 

When submitting a ticket online, users may select the aerial satellite map feature. The satellite map will allow for more accurate ticket locations. Check out our ticket creation tips for existing users to learn more about how to fully utilize Exactix’s mapping software.

After users have submitted a locate request, they will be able to view the tickets that they’ve requested, as well as all the tickets that their company has submitted. On the ticket dashboard screen, users will be able to view tickets submitted within the past 60 days, tickets that are close to expiring, tickets on a map using current location and the response status of tickets.
