Update on Exactix – Coming Spring 2021
Kentucky 811 will implement its new ticketing software in late March. Exactix by 4iQ Solutions, which is available now in Arizona, Florida, New England and New York, will feature:
- Two-way ticket blog for improved communication between members/locators and excavators.
- Advanced, cloud-based ticketing software for detailed submissions.
- Mobile-friendly technology compatible on tablets and smart phones.
- Single sign-on with flexible permission-based roles.

Kentucky 811 Moves to Paperless Invoices
Beginning in January 2021, Kentucky 811 will be transitioning our billing method from a paper-based invoice to an email-based invoice. Please update your accounts payable email address or contact email address to the email you would like to receive invoices starting January 2021. Send your updated information to firstname.lastname@example.org by March 1, 2021. If you have any questions or concerns about Kentucky 811’s paperless invoices, please contact Tracey Motley at 317-893-1405.
