Whether you dig every day or every so often, submitting locate requests online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, is the easiest and most efficient way to notify Kentucky 811’s member utilities. If the planned excavation will only span a single street address, submit a ticket with Exactix Home to request our members to mark the approximate location of their buried utilities and provide a positive response two full working days, or more depending on the size and scope of your project, prior to breaking ground. Working day means every day, except Saturday, Sunday, and holidays established by federal or state statute from 12:01 a.m. eastern time until 12 midnight eastern time, excluding the day the locate request was made.
