CHECK TICKET STATUS

Know the status of your locate requests before heading to the job site.

Kentucky 811 makes it simple to check the positive response status of your locate requests anytime, anywhere. Recommended by the national Common Ground Alliance (CGA), positive response is a free tool we encourage all member utilities, locators, and excavators to participate in to decrease the chance of damages.

As an excavator, you can check positive response statuses before heading out to a job site or contact the member utility directly with any questions about the status. There are multiple ways to check positive response status:

Confirmation Email Link

Click the link included on the ticket in your confirmation email. You will also receive an email when the excavation start date and time passes showing the current positive response status for all notified member utilities.

ITICnxt®

Log into your ITICnxt account and go to the "My Tickets" section. Once there, find the ticket you are interested in viewing, click on the ticket link, and then scroll down to the members notified section.

Ticket Search

Use the Kentucky 811 Ticket Search & Status to search for any locate request using the ticket number or information from the ticket. Once there, find the ticket you are interested in viewing, click on the ticket link, and then scroll down to the "members notified" section. No login is required to use Ticket Search.
