The KY Public Service Commission (PSC) is offering alimited number of scholarships for damage prevention professionals like you to attend the 2026 Safety Connection for FREE. The scholarship covers the cost of admission to the entire 2026 Safety Connection, so you’ll get the full experience!

Applications are considered as they are received, so apply now to be considered first! The application only takes a few minutes to complete.

About the PSC Scholarship

Applicants must work within the excavation, damage prevention, utility or related industries in Kentucky. Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2026, or when all spots are filled. First-time attendees and applicants will be prioritized. Recipients will be automatically registered. Recipients must make their own travel and lodging accommodations.
