Kentucky 811 is now accepting nominations for open positions on our Board of Directors.
If you are interested in submitting a nomination for a position on the Kentucky 811 Board of Directors, please complete the form and return it by the deadline of 5:00 p.m. ET, Friday, September 12, 2025.
Individuals may nominate themselves or be nominated by a representative of a Kentucky 811 member organization.
The election of Board members will take place during the Annual Membership Meeting on October 22, 2025, held in conjunction with the Kentucky 811 Safety Connection Conference.

This is a unique opportunity to serve and help guide the future of Kentucky 811 and underground utility damage prevention across the Commonwealth.
