Whether you’re looking to install a new fence or get a new fence or plant a tree, Kentucky 811 has you covered with ITIC Lite. ITIC Lite is a software designed specifically for homeowners to make submitting a request for your digging projects quick and easy.

Please note, if an excavator is digging on your behalf, the excavator must submit the ticket.


Excavators/Professionals

Level up your ticket creation and management with ITICnxt! ITICnxt is an innovative map-first web system designed for specifically for professionals like you. It features a variety of thoughtful features including detailed mapping tools, the ability to process multiple tickets and more. 

Don’t forget — Anyone who is planning to dig is required to wait at least two full working days to begin digging after you submit a ticket to allow the utilities to provide a positive response to your request. Depending on the size and scope of your project, you may need to wait longer than two full working days.

Working day means every day, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays established by federal or state statute from 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time until 12 midnight Eastern Time, excluding the day the locate request was made.
