Did you know that Kentucky 811 has two public awareness and damage prevention managers? Patrick Donoghue and Ms. Jamie Gaddis travel around the state providing outreach to utility companies – both members and non-members – and educating Kentuckians of all ages and backgrounds about safe digging at community events.
Kentucky 811 and One Call Concepts, Inc. (OCC) host two webinars on our cutting-edge software every week with Webinar Wednesdays. Each Wednesday, we do a live demo of ITICnxt (9 a.m. ET) and the Locator Tickets portal (1 p.m. ET) explaining how to navigate and efficiently use the software, followed by a chance to ask our experts questions.
The 2023 Kentucky Damage Prevention Summit proved to be a great success! Resulting in a very strong turnout, attendees traveled from all over the state to join us at Embassy Suites Lexington for three days focused on industry updates, networking, and safety education.

Join us at the 2nd Annual Kentucky Damage Prevention Summit. The second Annual Kentucky Damage Prevention Summit will take place June 27-29, 2023, at Embassy Suites Lexington. Whether you’re an excavator, locator, utility company, regulatory agency, or a municipal or county employee, this event offers a valuable opportunity to network with other industry professionals and learn more about the latest in damage prevention efforts all throughout the state.
In early February 2023, Kentucky 811 Executive Director Tim Vaughn and the One Call Concepts team toured around Kentucky for the 2023 Software Summits. Together, they hosted summits in six different cities, providing the opportunity to meet local excavators and member utilities face-to-face and introduce KY811’s new ticket submission and management software.
Calling all Kentucky-based excavators and Kentucky 811 members! Want to become an expert at using ITICnxt to submit and manage tickets? Kentucky 811 and One Call Concepts will be holding several FREE Software Summits throughout the state in early February.
Join us to learn more about the newly available tools – including ITICnxt and the Locator Tickets portal – and become more efficient with your online ticket submission and management skills. Each two-hour session will begin with a large-group demonstration, followed by individual training where you’ll have the opportunity to explore the software and ask questions.
